We are excited to offer you our digital services, which include digital marketing, design and implementation of websites, mobile applications and other services. Below we list the terms and conditions that apply to you and everyone who uses or visits Qutell Technology services. Therefore, before registering on our website www.qutell.com or using any of the site’s contents (all contents and pages that fall within the scope of the Qutell website online), including accessing any of our electronic services, please read these terms and conditions because they are necessary to protect both of us, as they are considered agreements (which may be referred to hereinafter, collectively, as “Agreements”) between you and Qutell Technology. Accordingly, by using the website, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these agreements, whether you are a registered user on the website or not.

Rules of Conduct Online

1. You must know that you pledge through this document, and as a condition of your use of the services provided by Qutell Technology, that you will not use the site in any way that aims to abuse, disable, impede or overburden Qutell Technology server or Qutell Technology network(s) connected to any of its servers or interfere with any third party and enjoyment of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any Qutell Technology server through hacking, password mining or any other means
2. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the site, or any of its servers or computers connected to it through any means not intentionally made available through the site.

The following list shows the materials that are strictly prohibited from being circulated on the website
No product or service of ‘Qutell Technology’ may be used in a manner that offends Islam or violates Islamic law or contains any content that is indecent or in violation of the local law of the resident country. In the event of a violation of this clause, ‘Qutell Technology’ has the right to immediately stop the product or service without referring to the purchaser of the service without any compensation, and ‘Qutell Technology’ does not bear any responsibility resulting from any incorrect use or violation of local and international laws

2. Content that discusses illegal activities
3. Content that violates the intellectual property of a third party, including but not limited to,
4. Copyrights or trademarks
5. Indecent, pornographic, indecent or unauthorized content
6. Advertising or any form of commercial advertising
7. Content related to partisan or religious political activities.
8. Viruses, malware, spyware or any other similar software that may damage the operation of a computer or other property
9. Content that contains intentionally inaccurate information or that is posted with the intent to mislead others.
   Furthermore, you agree not to attempt to collect information or download any content from the Site in bulk, including but not limited to the system’s user list or directory, online books, user postings or personal information. 

You also agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Site.
After reading the previous list of prohibitions, any violation of any provision of this list entitles Qutell Technology to terminate your use, access or participation in the Site without prior notice.

To fully participate in the activities and services provided by Qutell Technology on its website, you must provide us with your name and email address to keep you up to date with all our news and developments. You hereby declare that all information you have provided is accurate and up to date. You also agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and up to date.

We are aware of our responsibility to protect the personal information you provide to us when you register on the Qutell Technology website, so we care about the confidentiality and security of your personal information through our servers, which are protected by high-tech security devices and programs.

Your right to use the content on the website

• All contents of the website are protected by Egyptian copyright law unless stated to be public property.

• All text, articles, videos, images and other materials provided and provided on this site are for your personal use and in connection with such uses only, unless otherwise expressly stated on the site.

• The use of certain reference documents, digital scripts, articles and other information on the site is subject to permission from third parties, and the use of such information is subject to certain rules and conditions that will be published along with such information.

• You hereby undertake, by using this site, to comply with all such rules and conditions.

   

Contracts, Payments and Agreements

• The usual form of financial payments in the case of software work is that software work begins after paying/transferring 50% of the contracted amount, then the remaining 50% is paid/transferred as a final payment of the contracted amount before uploading/downloading the site to the hosting and within a maximum period of 10 days after completing the final version. In the event that the due date for the final payment is not met, Qutell Technology will remove/block the site from Qutell Technology's preview link and contact the other party by email or by any means it deems appropriate and available with an additional period of 7 days after which Qutell Technology has the right to terminate the contract, and it also has the right to dispose of the project (website) subject to the contract as it deems appropriate.

• The usual form of financial payments in the case of marketing work and design work is that work begins after paying/transferring 100% of the contracted amount.

• 10% will be deducted from any amounts refunded after the transfer and before the work on the refunded amount has fully commenced. However, in the event of the actual commencement of work, the amounts paid will not be refunded.

• The contract execution period does not include official holidays and vacations, nor does it include the time required for inspections and waiting for approvals from the client regarding the designs and reviews of the work being executed. The execution period begins from the business day following the transfer of the initial payment of the contracted amount.

   

Trademarks

• The name and logo of “Qutell Technology” are trademarks and their seals are trademarks owned by the Arab Integrated Services Company for Trade.

• You may not use any of the Qutell Technology trademarks, or anything similar to any of the aforementioned, without the prior written consent of the owner of the relevant trademark.

• You may not use any of the trademarks of Qutell Technology products, or anything similar to any of the aforementioned, for promotional purposes, or in any manner that may claim or suggest, intentionally or unintentionally, or appear or give the impression of a relationship or endorsement by these institutions themselves, according to the sole discretion of the institution concerned.

• None of the trademarks belong to Qutell Technology or other participating institutions that appear on the site or in the services available on or through it, and if any, they are the exclusive property of their owners.

• Nothing contained on this Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of the owner of the relevant trademark.

   

Disclaimer of Warranty / Limitation of Liability
The Site and any information, content or services available on or through it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind (express, implied or otherwise), including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except for similar warranties that may not be waived under applicable law.

Qutell Technology does not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the content provided will meet your needs or expectations. Qutell Technology does not warrant that any particular content will be available continuously, but we do warrant that any problem or error resulting from it will be resolved promptly by us

Your access to the Site or your downloading of any information, materials or data available through it or through any referenced site is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system) or loss of data that results from the download or use of such materials or data, unless otherwise stated in Qutell Technology's Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to other sites maintained and operated by others. Qutell Technology is not responsible for scanning, authenticating, reviewing or approving their content or using any of the products or services offered by such sites. Qutell Technology shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Whether Qutell Technology has been negligent or at fault (including, without limitation, claims for defamation, errors, loss of profits, loss of data or interruption in the availability of data).

Miscellaneous
It is Qutell Technology's policy to terminate and block users of the Site who repeatedly infringe copyrights, and to terminate your use of or participation in the Site at its sole discretion for any reason or no reason, upon prior notice to you. This is in the circumstances it deems appropriate.
Qutell Technology reserves the right to cancel, delay, reschedule or change the structure of any course offered through Qutell Technology or even stop providing any part or all of the Site's content or related services at any time, in its sole discretion, and you agree that Qutell Technology or any of Qutell Technology's participants will not be liable to you for such action. However, you may terminate your subscription to the Site at any time if you no longer wish to do so.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate upon termination of your right to use the Site, but the other provisions of these Terms of Service will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Qutell Technology regarding your use of the Site, and all products and services provided by Qutell Technology, and supplement any other agreements between you and Qutell Technology regarding your use of the Site.

Waiver and Severability of Terms of Service
Qutell Technology’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Service to be invalid, and the parties to the Terms of Service agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Qutell Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page or elsewhere on the Site. Your access to the Site after any such changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and all changes contained therein.
