Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify outbound leads from various sources and channels. 

  • Client Engagement: Approach leads using innovative channels, creating lasting impressions. 

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with new, current, and former clients. 

  • Strategic Meetings: Conduct impactful meetings with decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our services. 

  • Proposal Management: Prepare and maintain proposals, contracts, and invoices with precision and professionalism. 

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and summarize valuable feedback from clients to continually enhance our services. 

  • Cold Calling: Conduct persuasive cold calls to engage leads and prospects. 

  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure our business development strategies align with marketing efforts. 

  • Database Management: Diligently log and maintain records in our lead database. 

  • Reporting: Provide insightful periodic status reports. 

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed set targets and goals.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in all stages of the B2B and B2C sales cycle 

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. 

  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English. 

  • A proper experience Working within the Training and consulting industry is a plus. 

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
