Role Description
Business analyst is responsible for setting, and evaluating the work generated by a software Scrum team to make sure that each product developed by an organization meets all client needs. Business analyst will then continue to act as the primary contact between the scrum teams, product team and stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, business owners, and customers, to understand the product vision, goals, and market needs.
Gather and analyze user requirements, conduct market research, and incorporate user feedback to guide product decision-making and ensure customer satisfaction.
Break down product features into user stories, create detailed acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
Work closely with development teams, providing clear and concise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, ensuring the development team's understanding of product requirements.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
Act as the main point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements, providing guidance, and making timely decisions to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a software development or technology-driven environment.
Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile development teams.
Proven track record of delivering successful software products, with a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Management of stakeholders and their expectations.
UI/UX background.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.
Experience in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating detailed product specifications.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering valuable solutions.
Familiarity with product management tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of software development processes and the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
