Fair Use Policy

 

The terms and conditions of the Fair Use Policy and other documents that regulate the controls of providing the service.

The Fair Use Policy is a legally binding agreement between us and our customers. As such, you must oblige your organization to implement the terms of this agreement, which explains and puts in your hands.

The service is licensed to you based on your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Therefore, we ask you to read the agreement carefully before starting to use the service. By requesting the service, you are considered to have agreed to what is stated in these terms of the Fair Use Policy. And you have expressed your full agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. For your information, you will not be allowed to access the service unless you agree to the terms of this agreement.

General Terms:

  • Qutell Technology Company has the right to refuse to host any website that it deems to violate the general policies of the company without giving reasons.
    The company also has the right, in order to maintain the quality of service provided to its customers, to stop any website hosted by it that violates the fair usage policy, which affects the service provided by the company to customers or because of it exposes the rest of the websites hosted by the company to suspension, whether temporary or permanent.

Storage spaces and resources:

  1. The number of files in the customer's account must not exceed 200,000 files. Any website that exceeds this permissible limit will be subject to temporary suspension if the customer does not take steps to reduce the number of files in his account.
  2. The number of tables in a single database must not exceed 1000 tables and the database space must not exceed 1 GB. Any account containing a database that exceeds the permissible limit will be notified and will be subject to temporary suspension unless steps are taken to reduce the size of the database.
  3. Customer accounts on the shared hosting plan: Their consumption of processors and memory on the servers is measured to ensure that they do not reach the maximum limit of the plan so that this does not affect the overall performance of the server and the stability of the websites on it.
  4. In order to maintain the level and quality of service, Qutell Technology has the right to take whatever steps it deems appropriate against accounts that misuse the resources available to them or exceed the maximum resource usage.
  5. No internal or external backup is provided for sites hosted on limited plans.
