In a strategic move reflecting the accelerating direction toward building specialized technology entities capable of leading the future of cybersecurity and digital transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SAUDI ESG Group, led by Chief Executive Officer Mr. Saeed Al-Qurashi, announced its partnership with Integrated Arabian Services for Information Technology & Training and the acquisition of a 60% stake in the Qutell Technology brand in favor of one of the group’s subsidiaries, AmanX Cybersecurity, which specializes in cybersecurity and advanced security services.

Under the new structure, Dr. Tamim Al-Fayed has been appointed as Chief Development & Strategy Officer, where he will lead development and strategic initiatives, oversee digital solutions and services, and support growth, expansion, and technical integration plans between both brands.

In addition, Eng. Medhat El-Abbasy has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading the technical infrastructure, systems and platform management, and overseeing the group’s technical, security, and development operations.

This strategic step aims to establish an integrated technology group combining:

- Advanced cybersecurity expertise.

- Technology infrastructure and digital solutions.

- Systems and digital platform development.

- Digital transformation and automation services.

- Smart solutions and artificial intelligence technologies.

- Managed security services and specialized consulting.

The group will operate during the coming phase through two primary brands:

- AmanX Cybersecurity as a specialized arm for cybersecurity and advanced security services.

- Qutell Technology as a technology arm focused on digital solutions, digital transformation, and systems development.

Mr. Saeed Al-Qurashi and Dr. Tamim Al-Fayed confirmed that this move is not merely a traditional acquisition, but rather the beginning of a new phase aimed at building a modern cybersecurity and technology ecosystem targeting both the Saudi and regional markets, with a strong focus on delivering highly professional services aligned with international standards and supporting both government and private sectors in their digital transformation and cybersecurity readiness journeys.

They also confirmed that the Qutell Technology brand will continue its regional presence and expansion through its various technology projects and operations, alongside the new growth phase within the Kingdom under the group’s new structure.
